Gordej MSR City Phase 1 is almost ready to go live. It's 19 acres big. This part has 1950 units. There are apartments that are 1175 to 1870 square feet in size. The buildings are well thought out. Their building has 14 floors (2B + G + 14). There are six houses in the project. All of these buildings add up to 25 towers. The start is set for March 2025.
